How can I restore my Pay account after changing devices? Pay requires passkeys to ensure fast and secure onboarding.Why can’t I continue with Pay signup? If your device’s built-in password manager isn’t installed or activated, the passkey prompt cannot appear—blocking the signup process. Go to Google Password Manager Find the passkey(s) for OKX Pay with the prefix "OKX Pay (Date)" and delete it. Find the passkey(s) Delete the passkey(s) Once deleted, return to the OKX Pay app. You will be prompted to create a new Pay passkey. After creating the new Pay Passkey, reach out to Customer Support and request a Pay Passkey reset for your account.
