How do I withdraw SGD with bank transfer?

You can complete an SGD withdrawal to your bank account from your OKX account. SGD local bank transfers are currently only offered to our Singapore customers.

How do I make a cash withdrawal?

On the web

  1. Log in to your account at okx.com, go to Assets, and select Withdraw

  2. Select Cash and SGD balance to start making cash withdrawal

  3. Select the payment method and bank account you'd like to use for the withdrawal, then enter the amount you wish to withdraw and select Preview.

  4. Enter your authorization code or SMS code and select Withdraw to complete making cash withdrawal

On the app

  1. Open your OKX app, select Assets > Withdraw

    Open the withdrawal page

  2. Under your USD balance, select the payment method and bank account you'd like to use for the withdrawal.

  3. You can only select a bank account for withdrawal if it's been verified. Accounts shown in light grey aren't verified yet — to verify one, make a deposit to your OKX beneficiary account first.

  4. The minimum withdrawal amount is 10 SGD. On the preview page, review the details carefully, then select Withdraw to confirm.

Note:

  • Only bank account that has been used to make a successful deposit can be selected as withdrawal account.

  • Deposit sent via PayLah! and Singtel Dash will display the linked mobile phone number as the withdrawal account number. Please make sure you are withdrawing to the latest phone number that is linked to your paylah! and Sintel Dash. Withdrawals made to the old phone number after you have updated your linked number of Paylah will result in sending money to the wrong recipients.

  • Grabpay e-wallet, Wise, LifeSG will not be available for requesting withdrawal

  • Withdrawal via FAST is instant in Singapore

1. Why am I not able to see the "Withdraw SGD" feature?

To comply with local laws and regulations, cash deposits are only available in specific regions. This may mean that your account is currently not eligible to access this feature.

2. Can I make a withdrawal while my bank account verification is still pending?

No. You can only make the withdrawal once your account ownership is successfully verified.

3. How do I know if my bank account is verified?

Once the deposit has been successfully processed into your OKX account, your bank account will be verified.
