The main account controls the ability to enable the deposit function for sub-accounts on the web. However, only standard sub-accounts are allowed to deposit cryptos. Before depositing crypto into your sub-account, log in to your main account and go to Profile > Sub-accounts. Find the standard sub-account that you would like to enable for deposits, select Action, and toggle Deposit on.
