The Vision:
Built by a team of worldbuilders and immersive architects, Artefact is more than a game.
It’s a living, evolving worldbuilding experiment, where fans, not studios, drive the creation of new IP.
Each day reveals new lore drops, clues, and artefacts that collectively shape the storyworld’s next phase.
Post-Spike Era:
The Spike (the fizzled Singularity) tore apart the old internet and ended the reign of AI megasystems.
Humanity splintered into factions and phyles, each finding its own way to survive under fractured skies.
Then the thumb drives appeared.
Encrypted relics carrying fragments of forgotten code along with a signal from a hidden rebel.
The Mint Schedule:
Your journey begins here:
- November 11 – Mint opens for Lamina1 & Early Access Pass holders in the Artefact Space
- November 12 – Expands to Linea token holders
- November 13 – Opens to the public

The Experience
When the Artefact experience opens, you start as a scavenger in the Outskirts, a lone explorer piecing together what remains of the world after the Spike.
Your Rig is your lifeline, a patchwork shelter of old processors and drives barely running on scraps of energy.
Plug in your thumb drive. Begin the loop:
1. Decryption – Unlock the messages within your Artefact.
2. Exploration – Traverse the wasteland, uncover lore, form alliances, and discover other phyles.
3. Maintenance – Keep your Rig alive through daily rituals and intention.
Your choices will shape how your three Artefacts stabilize and determine which Phyle you’ll ultimately join.
A Collaborative IP:
This is the flagship project for Lamina1’s Spaces, experiments in fandom-driven IP creation.
The world of Artefact will grow across formats, film, television, books, and interactive stories, but the community will always be at its core.
