How do I deposit EUR with Easy transfer?

Easy transfer is a fast, secure, and convenient way to add funds directly from your bank account without manually entering your banking details. If your bank supports SEPA transfer, you can deposit EUR directly into your OKX account by selecting the Easy transfer option as your payment method. Keep in mind, this payment method is only available to fully verified users residing in the European Union and Norway, Iceland and Lichtenstein.

Getting started

On the app

  1. Open your OKX app, select Transfer, then Deposit

    Select Deposit from the pop-up menu

  2. Select Euro

    Select Euro from the Cash section

  3. Select Easy transfer and select the Next button

    Proceed to select Next after selecting Easy transfer under EUR currency

  4. Input your preferred amount, then select Preview

  5. Select Deposit to initiate deposit

  6. You'll be redirected to a secure payment environment, therefore:

  8. Log in and complete the transaction. Please make sure that the name on your OKX account matches the name on your bank account.

6. How long does a deposit by "Easy transfer" take?

The deposit processing time will differ based on your bank and transfer mode (SEPA Standard/SEPA Instant). If your bank supports SEPA Instant and your payment is sent as 'Urgent', you should see your EUR deposit within a few seconds. Otherwise, it may take up to 2 business days before the amount is reflected in your account.

8. What happens if I deposit from a non-EUR bank account?

If your bank account isn't in EUR, your bank will automatically convert your funds into EUR before sending them to your OKX account. You'll still receive EUR in your OKX balance. Please note that your bank may apply:

  • Currency conversion fees

  • Their own exchange rate

These charges are set by your bank, not us.
