You can often tell these scammers simply by their X followers to following - these people pay for followers and have a network of accounts they run.
They will appear in your DM offering to help with something. It is always a scam. Block on sight.
You would find most of his followers are himself on other accounts. Theres a whole disgusting network of these clowns on X.
