This idea, well executed, is a win generating machine:
- builders get the feedback they desperately need.
- testers earn funds and experience
- builders immediately have users at their disposal who can now educate the public about their product
- testers have content that they can use to grow their influence/brand/audience/ w/e
- this “guild” becomes not just an important soundboard/marketing entity, but a training ground steeped in innovation.
- this becomes an incentive for other builders to come to the Stacks ecosystem.
- no extraction = everyone wins.

- I propose a:
🌟joint ecosystem fund for incentivized testing 🌟
🎯Goal: helping founders/builders for testing their platform - making offering high quality feedback, improving UIUX, catch any bugs.
- An @Stacks ecosystem fund to carry out incentivized testing.
- Such as for proven builders like @bitflow & @cryptodude_btc’s new projects, new quality builders like @gzani’s @VoltFiLabs coming into Stacks.
- Many more builders from the Interim grants and DeGrants will need testers in coming couple of months.
- As much as I’d be happy to do this alone at @StacksAIGuild we don’t have that kind of fund needed (yet) to support this kind of consistent ecosystem wide need.

🔐 Fund held by ecosystem community leaders - a quality list already surfaced from SIP-031’s committees.

Get this ecosystem fund ready by mid-December.
💰Fund size:
I personally don’t think it has to be a lot. Can trial $5k~$10k to begin with. If it proves useful and need more, will request as later date. But keeping it small and agile at the start for experimentation.
