it anyone is interested my split the next months is gonna be chest + tris - back + bis - shoulders + traps/upper back - legs - repeat So Sunday I did chest tris yesterday back bis Today shoulders and traps tomorrow legs and so on plan is to follow this split with no rest days - might go ABCDABC - so everything twice a week except for legs once a week then after 2 weeks or so when I’m less sore then I’ll throw in abs daily every morning when I wake up with my cardio I focus entirely on muscle motion when training rather than strength - so time under tension, range of motion, etc these are the only things that matter to me, like each gym session is more like a kind of yoga using weighted resistance rather than strength training I focused a lot on strength when I was younger and I hurt my joints a ton from heavy lifts, so since then I don’t care about strength training anymore and the less I’ve cared about it the more vain I’ve also realized it is - it’s not healthy for the body at all and is the main reason why most powerlifters and strength based bodybuilders end up in wheel chairs and so on it’s all about intention and lifting with intention is just an extension of that - most people don’t truly know how to work out, you must become one with your muscles and meditate in the motion like a yoga something you might not know about me is that once upon a time I worked out for a decade straight and made money as a side hustle coaching people and was about to compete before Covid hit and the gyms closed and the after that I went to prison and etc so I didn’t work out for like 3-4 years basically and then on and off etc so really it’s been 6 years since I was in peak fitness anyway time to return
they hate to see a sensitive young man in motion
rest days are a psyop for lazy people btw - you just gotta know how to space your muscle groups and how to recover
